Directions for Use
 
As a dietary supplement, mix one packet in a cup of hot or cold water or juice. Allow STOP PMS to effervesce, then stir and drink on and empty stomach. Relief from symptoms is generally felt within 10 minutes. STOP PMS may also be used after eating but this will slow and diminish the effectiveness.*  You may take two packets, a second packet 10 minutes after the first, if your symptoms do not vanish. On average, only women with severe symptoms may need 2 packets to combat PMS symptoms. Subsequent PMS days typically require only one packet.
