HOW TO ORDER - (4 WAYS)

You may order in one of 4 ways -

1. Order online using the LifeBrandsTV website.

2. Call (805)788-0685 from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, M-F.

3. Send a fax to (805)788-0727 specify the product you want, the quantity and provide a credit card, expiration date, security code from the back of the Credit Card along with your name, billing address, shipping address if different, and your phone number if we have any questions.

4. Send an email to lifebrandstv@compedgemedia.com, specify the product you want, the quantity and provide a credit card, expiration date, security code from the back of the Credit Card along with your name, billing address, shipping address if different, and your phone number if we have any questions.

 

MISCELLANEOUS ORDER INFORMATION

* - We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

* - We ship most products via UPS Ground or USPS within 48 hours of order receipt. If you need your product sooner, we can rush ship your order 2 Day Air for an additional fee, which can vary, but is usually $10 per order.

* - We ship orders to Canada, US Territories and USA.

* - California Residents will be charged sales tax.

 

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Only unopened and unaltered packages may be returned for a refund or a website credit. and LifeBrands only accepts product returns that includes all original packaging and all components included.

Items that are Not Returnable:

* - Any Food or Drink item, or any perishable product.

* - Gift Certificates

* - Any personalized or custom made product.

* - Any software item in which the shrink wrap has been opened, unless the product is defective.

 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days and before 30 days. We do not accept product returns received at LifeBrands after 30 days from shipment date.

EXCHANGES

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call Customer Service at (805)788-0685 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange a faulty item for a different one on our website, call customer service at (805)788-0685 and tell them you would like to exchange a faulty item for a different item.

 

In either scenario, you will have two choices: (1) Purchase the replacement product now and we will charge your credit card now and you will be refunded your original purchase price when we receive the returned item; or (2) We will hold your order until we receive your returned item and then we will ship your new item and charge or credit your credit card only for the difference. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Any video or software item that has been opened can only be exchanged for the same product. No exceptions.

 

BACKORDERS

We labor to ensure that we are a reliable, "instock" supplier of all of our products. We do not stock hundreds of products you don't want; we stock and advertise 50-100 products that are all tested, endorsed and in fact, create the outcome they said they do. Once in awhile, we unfortunately may be out of a particular product, and when we are, we will contact you with a best estimate of when the product will ship and offer you either a replacement product or the ability to cancel your order. We ask your patience in these rare moments.
